Well we shall start with the good news. 

For the GreenTubeLAN All-Stars, pro-q3dm6 will NOT be played, insted its being replaced by a new map, when I can be arsed, I’ll edit this post wtih a link to it. As I will for all the other maps being used.

Now for the bad news.

I have had to disable comments on this blog again. Now whilst Nick, Snr, Craig, Jnr, Rachel, and 99% of people who visit this blog are smart about commenting. One person in particula who has started visiting this blog has decided to be an idiot with the comments system. They know who they are. So I will hopefuly be getting a NEW email based validation system up, so that the people who WANT to contribute without being an idiot can do so.

Sorry for that rant.

Oh! Another good piece of news, in three weeks, going away on holiday! yay!!! 

Well, for the 1.5 people who care, at the next GreenTubeLAN, we will be running the second Top Dawg tournament, only this time its called GreenTube All-Stars, as this sounds less lame. Basicly its the best 1v1 FPS players from each LAN, the rundown of invites are as follows:

-DasBok(1st GTLAN1/1st GTLAN5)
-Misc(2nd GTLAN4)
-Waa(2nd GTLAN5[q3a])
-DjMick(1st GTLAN3)
-Teh Kraken(2nd GTLAN5)
-Viperus([hall owner] GTLAN4)

There are three other players on the invite list, with two spots left, these are Stylin(1st GTLAN5), Grizz(1st GTLAN4), Trows (2nd GTLAN3)

This should be quite fun, and I guess I can play compeditivly again. Altho I’ll be well out of practice thanks to an exam the day before the LAN! I guess I’ll just have to rely on my strong game on The Camp Grounds, and Blood Run.

Just clearing up ’cause some people like to whine. Invites have only gone to 1st and 2nd placers at GreenTubeLAN tournaments. Yes Paulo got an invite but declined. If Stylin, Grizz and Trows decline, then we will look at 3rd places. Yes you may be albe to beat some of these people, you may even be better, but fact is, if you havn’t palced top 2 in a GTLAN tournament, ur not getting an invite.
Want in on the next All-Stars? Its easy, win the open UT2k4 tournament running. Okay, maybe not that easy.

OK, I’m sick and tired of people watching me play Q3A and saying I suck purly because of how my graphics are.

Well I got a bit bored and found that I have a spare XBox original controler lazing about (you know the old big ones).

So what does a nerd do when they are bored and have nothing to do but study?

Why make it work on the PC!
